2.4 KYC Verification. arenapl may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable law. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use arenapl: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, or agents of arenapl or its affiliates; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from arenapl or any other gaming platform; (d) individuals accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) arenapl account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single player is strictly prohibited. arenapl reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held in such accounts without prior notice.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your arenapl login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. arenapl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your arenapl account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution. arenapl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by arenapl subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically complete within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within a few business hours. arenapl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal to Registered Method. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit to your arenapl account. arenapl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.5 Prohibited Funding Sources. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted on arenapl, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method.
4.6 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the arenapl Platform and may be updated from time to time. arenapl reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by arenapl are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. arenapl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. arenapl's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the arenapl Platform is governed by specific rules that are displayed within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on arenapl are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for electronic games, or by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers for live casino games. arenapl does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, arenapl reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund any wagers placed. arenapl's decision in such circumstances is final.
6.4 Disconnection Policy. arenapl is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection or technical issues on the player's side during a game session. 13.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
13.4 Finality of Decisions. arenapl's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, account status, and promotional awards are final and binding, subject only to applicable regulatory oversight.
